Inspection and dimensional analysis of parts

Dimensional analysis and inspection of industrial parts is a necessary quality control in several industrial areas to verify that the part meets or does not meet the specifications during the manufacturing process.

The diversity of situations that we usually face, makes us have flexible metrology equipment to adapt to different shapes and sizes of objects. Our portable FARO equipment allows us to work with or without contact with the object, quickly capturing the surface and geometry of the part and comparing it with the nominal CAD data of the object. Also, the possibility of scanning the part, allows us to save a “virtual copy” of our part that can be accessed later for documentation or redesign purposes.

  1. Once the information is received from the customer, our technician analyzes the requirements, programs the measurement and the scanning system to be used.
  2. Measurement of the object
  3. Generation of the dimensional report using the most advanced software;
  4. PolyWorks, Metrolog and Control-X
    Generation and delivery of the measurement (if necessary) in the specified format: .stl, .e57, .obj
